I just wanted to inform everyone that I’m still around. There has been so much going on with me the last couple of months that I’m still trying to get use to. So I will sit down and let you all know tomorrow morning…Right now it is bedtime for me(with ice on my back.) So until tomorrow morning have a wonderful night…

I have thought long and hard about doing this but after thinking about it I decided I can no longer advertise for Digital Scrap Garden… Things where said in the Designers part of the Garden that are not true..I think you all need to see what was said and I will then give my story to why I’m no longer at the Digital Scrap Garden….

As you have seen there has been a little falling-out if you will in the garden. I will try to give a brief explanation without it looking like a lot of drama.

Flutterby aka Nita has felt compelled to try and contact as many designers and/or members to follow her pack of lies. As owners of the site many things are discussed… such as activity from our designers in the parlor…. the amount of challenge participation, etc. During the time that I was in partnership with Nita…. many of these things were discussed. Her solution was to “fire” them. My solution was… leave it be. Contests were run… she wanted elimination…. I can’t eliminate. I feel that each of us has talent in our own way. Some designers stuff may not look like anothers, but that is what makes us all unique. I look on my early kits and think wow! that is horrible. So I refused to eliminate. I kept everyone on that wanted that first shot. I am proud of what team we have.

We all have our issues… and Nita obviously had one with Karen who just seemed to be enjoying the garden which was why I opened this site to begin with. Apparently Nita wasn’t able to come off of her “I’m the boss” stool and join in the fun… her loss… she did have medical issues, and I did my best to keep things going, but when she returned, she felt like a stranger and was extremely JEALOUS of the new relationships I had developed during her absence. She complained about every one… wanted to send out pm’s to “do bosslike” things…. and I had to put a stop to silly stuff like that. I run this site with love, compassion, humor, and respect.

I respect EACH and EVERY one of your talents. Now, to this date…. Mary aka Catlady has quit…. Angie aka Babydoll37 has just walked out… and I am not sure which other ones will go.

Please be aware that Nita is doing all she can to destroy what I built in her absence due to her JEALOUSY, IMMATURITY, and ENVY! For month’s I just brushed alot of it off to her medications…. but not anymore.

She may be trying to contact each of you. If your choice is to believe her and leave…. then I guess that is how it will be. I am dedicated to this place and YOU as part of what makes this place great!!!

I guess that is it…. just wanted you to be aware. I thought it was over, but apparently she doesn’t feel she has hurt enough people yet…

As for my trying to contact as many Designers and Memeber to follow my lies…I only contacted 3 Designers at which Ladybug told me over the phone that she wanted to get rid of cause they weren’t putting things in the store..As for memebers I contacted one and that was my CT.

From the day we started DSG Ladybug, Purple Frog and myself had one rule, that we would contact each other as far as things we wanted to change or designers we wanted to add to the site..We would always talk on IM’s, PM’s or would call the other ones and talk it over. Never in my life would I even think about getting rid of anyone at the site. Most of the designers and memeber that are there have been with us from the day we opened DSG..So those of you who know how I am know that I’m not one to be jealous of anything or anyone..Everyone who came and introduced theirself to us would always get a  Welcome to the Family from me…

As for everyone being unique that is so true and that is what I love about all the Designers at DSG. If we weren’t all unique then it would be a boring world. As for me coming off of my “boss stool” there was never a boss. This was a partnership between friends, and partnerships and friends can’t grow without communication.

I was gone from the site due to having back surgeries. I was back on the site in time to work on my part of the 1st Anniversary Collab kit. I sat here and was at DST for the Chat. If the threads are still there you will see how very supportive and thankful I was to everyone who has been there to help Ladybug out while I was out of the picture for months cause of the surgeries…

As to who left and their reasons for leaving I wasn’t award of it until after the fact. If anyone was hurt because of my leaving I am truly sorry and I offer you a place that you can come to for having fun Pixel Paper Garden(PPG). We ask that you excuse our dust for now. The only part that you can play in is the forum but beware of the “House Mouse with her Broom”….We look forward to seeing your there….

I had a request of an update of my blog..Well I think I might be able to do that….lol Let’s see….
First off can you believe that this is the last day of February..I sure can’t..I’m trying to figure out why when you get older the months go by faster and faster each year..Can anyone help me out on this one???
Second I think I should let everyone know that I’m no longer an Owner or Designer over at DigitalScrapGarden(DSG). The one thing I wish I would have gotten a chance to do before I left was say Good-bye to everyone but I never got a chance to…So I’m going to say Good-bye to you all here..I know I have said this before but I feel I have to say it again..I’m so proud of the way everyone helped out Ladybug while I was off with my back surgery..She had to do alot of things and learn alot of things on her own..I guess you could say that she was SUPER WOMAN…I will miss each and everyone of you…As for me my kits are no longer in the store there. I asked that my part of the collab kits that I was part of be taken out of the store as well. My part of them are mine and not part of DigitalScrapGarden(DSG) anymore since I’m not there…I do ask that if you use anything that is part of my kit(s) that you please give proper credit to Flutterby Designs at Pixel Paper Garden…I do understand that the TOU says DSG on it but that is will be changed…Thank you…I want you to know that I will continue to advertise for DigitalScrapGarden(DSG).
Last but not least I do have some wonderful news for you…I am starting up my own store. Well I guess you can say that we are starting up Paper Pixel Garden..Who do I mean by we..Well I’m talking about Purple Frog and others..We decided to have a place where there is no deadlines and where you can come and have fun…I mean isn’t that what Scrapbooking is all about as well as Designing… As soon as it is ready to go I will give you the link to it. I am so excited about this that it is hard to contain myself..Alright I will give you the address so that you can come and register but remember that we are still under construction so please excuse our dust…Pixel Paper Garden(PPG). Come on over and check our Play Area, make sure to Pixel yourself in so that we can welcome you to the site proper. I look forward to seeing you there if only for talking right now until we have the site up fully….Until then have fun…

Wow can  you believe that as of today we have a new President…..I don’t know about you but I never thought I would see history being made in my life time…Sara is so excited…Back in November the 4th graders made a voting both and voted…Yup you guessed who she voted for…I’m so proud of  her taking interest in this…Today at school they are all  going to be watching the Inauguration take place…She even wore red, white and blue today…

I’ve been working on a couple of kits…Now I just have to get them done..lol…. One of them is the Collab kit for February over at DigitalScrapGarden(DSG)….One of them is a Collab kit with Mojo(aka MagickScraps)…The other is also a Collab kit with Granny Judy…
So as you can see I’ve got alot going on just have to get my tail in gear and finish them up…

As far as my back and how it is going well let’s just say I got an infection in it and now it is finally closed up but I believe it is feeling back up cause it is starting to get puffy again…I go and see my surgen this Thursday again…More of that stuff next time….

Wow can you believe that it is 2009??? I sure can’t. After all that happened to me in 2008 I can’t wait to see what all happens in 2009!!!
My best friend Purple Frog in a Grandma now…Her daughter had a boy…I wish I could share his picture with you but I promised I wouldn’t…There is alot of things going on and I respect their wishes…I know cause I’ve gone thru the same thing with Sara…Up until 2 years ago Sara thought all these years that Dale was her dad..Well she found out that she has 2 dad’s…The one that has been her dad since she was 9 or 10 months old and the one who donated to make her…About the only thing I can say about the donor is that I have a beautiful daughter(well at least I think so).

So did anyone make any New Years Resolutions??? I alway try to but they never work out. The only thing I want this year is for my back to get better, and my test for my Thyroid to come back cancer free in June when they finish there testing and watching of it..I know more and more things going wrong with me…The one thing that came out of having 3 back surgerys is I have a better feel for life..After my first one and having 8 units of blood transfered and 2 units of plasma you do alot of thinking..My daughter could have been without a mother…So I make sure that everyday I take time and smell the roses….If you have never been thru this you may have a hard time with it….

Alright enought of the sad stuff….I’m trying to get more and more active in my designing….I am working on a Collab kit with another best friend of mine but right now she is having problems in her life and need all prayers she can get…So please send prayers everynight to Mojo(Magick Scraps). Ok, Ok I said no more sad stuff…My CT Granny Judy has been working with me on some stuff also…She is busy trying to make me a logo that I can add to my kits..She is making one for every Season…I can’t wait to see what she comes up with since I want it to match my blog using my “Treasured Memories” kit.

Today is my hubby’s 53rd birthday…HAPPY BIRTHDAY HONEY…..

We’re not doing much today Dale is at work…So tonight we are going to sit and watch the movie “Horton Hears a Who” this is one movie I’ve been wanting to  see ever since I saw the trailer for it…Sara is doing what she loves  to do on the weekends and that is play on Webkinz site
During the week I have  to go on there and  do  her “one a day” things. I’m busy tring to pay bills If anyone wants to  help me out…lol
Sorry this is a short blog today but so much to do before Dale gets home from work… So have a great day…

Alright Friday at last..So how has your week been??? Mine hasn’t been to bad..I had a doctor’s appt yesterday. I had to do blood work up which of course after my first back surgery I can’t stand needles..I mean who can blame me…So anyway before I even saw the needle I started to cry…I go in this coming Tuesday to have the battery pack removed from my back..I’m not looking forward to having that done since I get to have an IV put into me once again…So yup you guessed it there is going to be alot of tears and some fighting for them to put me out first before they put it in(even tho I know I will lose). I have to be there at 8:30am and sugery is set for 11:00am..They say it should take 1/2 an hour and I can go home the same day..So send all your prayers with my that day that nothing goes wrong…

Wow I’m blogging 2 day in a row…I sure can’t believe it…I think that I finally decided that the only way to get things off my chest is to probably blog..We will see if it works or not..

Never sure if St. Nick comes on the night of the 5th or not but that is when he comes here…So I took my meds like I always do, got on my hubby’s laptop and tried to make comments on all the wonderful LO’s in the Garden over at DSG but from sitting at the computer all day I only got a couple of comments done but don’t worry I will get to each and everyone of them I have missed all these months( oh man I must be NUTS….lol).
Went to bed around 7:00 or 7:30 pm, said night to Sara and Dale(who got home early last night from school), I fell asleep watching TV like I always do. Something woke me up around 4 this morning and I remembered that I forgot to get Sara’s St. Nick stuff in her stocking..Have you ever tried doing that in the dark..NOT an easy thing to do..I forgot a few things..lol.

Sara got a recorder and is practicing  one it as I type. I get to listen to it for the next couple of years from what I’m told. She just got it this past week and she is doing really good on it not to many scratchy notes. I even tried it to see if I remembered how to play it and OMG I did…

Would you believe for the first time since May I did an LO using my kit “Granny’s Christmas”. Here it is….

Well I think that is about it for today. I don’t want to make this as long as yesterday days..lol. Dale is at school right now and Sara is going on the Webkinz site to play. Once Dale gets home this afternoon we are off to try and finish up Christmas shopping and get me some clothes that fits me and don’t hurt my back..So until next time have a wonderful day…

Well let’s see what has been going on with me since I last blogged…
Well my back isn’t getting any better nor is my headaches..So I said F*** it I’m going to sit here and try to get some designing done even if it kills me…lol

Sara got her Report Card yesterday…OMG with all that this little girl has gone thru this year with me and her dad not being here as much anymore (cause of working a full-time job and a part-time job and going to school full-time) I was so proud of her Report Card..Here from grades 1-4 they get E’s, M’s, B,’s and U’s…So as you can see the E’s are the best you can get..My Sara got 8 E’s and lots of M’s…I’m such a Proud Mom…

Today is my 5 yr Anniversary…Dale and I have been together for OMG almost 9 yers..WOW how time files…So Happy Anniversary Honey..Love you..

Now for the rest of me…I go in December 16th to have the battery in my back taken out..Up you guessed it another sugery on my back..Will it ever end??? Guess that is enough about me for today let’s see what is going on over at DSG.
